Both available in single or double-sided you can choose how you want to build your custom real estate signs. PRINT MATERIAL OPTIONS
4 Mil Corrugated Plastic
The plastic option is the most common mateiral for real estate signs. This material is weatherproof and great for outdoors. We recommend this materail if you plan to change out your signs frequently.
3 mil Aluminum Composite
The metal option is durable yet lightweight material great for real estate signs. If you plan to reuse the prints we would recommend getting this longer lasting material. Our metal signs are rust free so it will stand up to weather elements.
FRAME OPTIONS
BANJO STYLE
The banjo style is a simple and classic round rod "Banjo" frame. Made with heavy-duty 1/2" round rod material the frame is cost-effective and durable. This frame is not available with riders. The legs are mitered for easy ground insertion. The bars are 3/4" wide flat strip crossbars to allow for the print to be placed on top and attached with nuts and bolts.
H-FRAME SINGLE RIDER
The H-Frame single rider is most common when looking for frames with riders. Made with solid 3/4" angle iron and pre-punched mounting slots for the prints. Panels can easily slide-in from the top or can be bolted in. This single rider is located at the bottom below the main panel. Most used for riders such as For Sale, Sale Pending, or Sold. The legs are pointed which provides ease when inserting into the ground.
H-FRAME DOUBLE RIDER
The H-Frame double rider is a great option for real estate signs commonly used to provide additional information to a bigger sign. Made with solid 3/4" angle iron and pre-punched mounting slots for the prints. Panels can easily slide-in from the top or can be bolted in. The double riders are located at the top and bottom of the main panel. Most used for riders such as Open House, or Under Contract. The legs are pointed which provides ease when inserting into the ground.
